Pasteurizing Vat for milk, yoghurt, curd, buttermilk and custard

This vat is used to pasteurize milk and for the production of yogurt and can also be used for the production of curd / cheese.

The pasteurizer consists of a triple-walled, insulated, stainless steel vat. The vat includes an overhead electrical stirring machine with a stirrer, a motor reduction gear and a stainless steel control panel.
